A leading healthcare provider engaged Feedback Advisory in 2013–14 to conduct a location assessment study across 8–9 cities in Eastern India for setting up multispecialty hospitals. The objective was to identify high-potential locations based on healthcare demand, infrastructure gaps, competitive intensity, and long-term growth prospects in underserved markets.
Our Approach & Execution
Feedback Advisory undertook a comprehensive location assessment covering city-level demand analysis, catchment evaluation, competitive benchmarking, and healthcare infrastructure mapping. The study also incorporated demographic trends, disease burden, income profiles, and accessibility factors to recommend the most viable locations for hospital expansion.
Client Impact & Outcome
The study provided a data-driven expansion roadmap, enabling the client to prioritize high-potential cities and optimize capital allocation. This strategic direction has translated into continued expansion in Eastern India, including the addition of new multispecialty hospitals, strengthening regional healthcare access and delivery (as reported in public domain).
