V. Ravichandar
Mentor
Ravichandar is Chairman, Feedback Consulting.
He is currently the Honorary Consul, Republic of Slovenia for Bengaluru. He is also a member of the Brand Bengaluru Committee set up by the Government of Karnataka. He is a Facilitator for the Unboxing BLR Habba and a core member of the annual Bangalore Literature Festival.
From 2019-23, Ravichandar was Hon. Director of the Bangalore International Centre (BIC). He continues to be on the BIC Board. Ravichandar was a key member of the Bangalore Agenda Task Force (BATF) during 2000-04 when he developed the Self Assessment Scheme (SAS) for Property Tax. Ravichandar along with three others was involved in making the case for Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JN-NURM). Since 2006 he has been evangelizing the idea of City Connect across cities involving business, civil society and government. Tender SURE roads in Bengaluru emerged from this collaborative platform. He was part of the 3 member Government Expert Committee (2014-18) tasked with reimaging governance and administration for Bengaluru. He was also Co-Chair of the Karnataka Tourism Vision Group during that period.
Ravichandar is part of multiple social and cultural initiatives apart from the ones mentioned earlier – Education for the underprivileged through Teach for India, Samhita Academy, Akshara Foundation, Vidya Poshak; Chennai International Centre; Attakkalari; Citizen Matters, etc.
Ravichandar has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with over four decades of industry and social sector experience.
Saroj Sridhar
Director
Saroj has over 30 years of industry experience in Finance, Corporate planning, Research and Consulting. Saroj’s work experience comprises serving a wide variety of global and national clients.
Saroj has been associated with Feedback for over 20 years in various capacities, the last of which was as CEO until March 2011. In her present role as the Vice Chairperson & Chief Mentor, she guides the CEO and senior Feedbackers and is actively involved in the HR and Training functions in the organisation. Saroj has played a major role in the growth of Feedback over the years.
At Feedback, Saroj has overseen several engagements across various business sectors including Education, Engineering, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and Construction. These engagements involved developing entry strategies, business plans, financing of new ventures, market assessments, partner identification and location identification.
Saroj has also been Instrumental in developing HR, Admin, Quality control and Knowledge management systems at Feedback.
Saroj has taken guest lectures at various Management institutes in the area of B2B research and consulting.
Though Saroj is a Science graduate with an MBA from IIM Bangalore, her interests are rooted in history. She enjoys travelling across the country and abroad, primarily to historical places. She does not miss out on an opportunity to help the underprivileged, especially children and senior citizens.
K. Shankar
Chairperson
Avid golfer, a cricketer by passion and a talent spotter in the game, Shankar is also a business and strategy consultant. With over 20 years’ experience, Shankar has served a wide spectrum of clients across industries both in India and around the world.
An engineer from Bangalore University, Shankar is responsible for assessing market opportunities & advising clients on investment ecosystems to deliver successful business results.
Over the last 23 years at Feedback, Shankar has been an integral part of all strategic engagements involving setting up new business operations in India. In recent years, he has played a key role in bringing together partnerships between Indian and International firms. Shankar brings in a strong strategic perspective to clients.
Shankar is widely travelled and serves on the boards of listed companies. He is a regular speaker at events and conferences concerning various industry sectors. In his spare time, he teaches in management schools and enjoys mentoring students.
A. M. Devendranath
CEO
Devendranath, a key member of the Management Council at Feedback Consulting Group and is the COO of Feedback Advisory He has advised a host of Indian and International Corporations in Energy and Electricals & Electronics Businesses (Electric Vehicles, Solar, NG Based Power Plants, Biomass Power, Distributed Power Plants, Wind Energy, Energy from Municipal Solid Waste, Electronic Components, EMS Business and Electrical Products to name a few areas.
He leads a team of Forty consultants, who are experienced in the areas of strategic consulting & advisory and in-depth Industrial / B2B market research engagements in India, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.
A Diploma Engineer in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he has over 25 years of experience at Feedback and has been involved in engagements across verticals including Energy, Electricals & Electronics, Environmental Engineering, Heavy & Light Engineering.
He has been involved in over 1500 engagements involving Strategic Consulting, opportunity assessment engagements, stakeholder engagements and scripting scope for client offerings & products. His area of expertise lies in Opportunity Assessment for New Business/ Expansion/ Tie-ups, Location Analysis (Plant Location, Distributor Presence, Appropriate Locations in a City), Competitive Intelligence, Implementable Strategic Recommendations, Diversification & Growth strategies for existing players, Market Assessment & Sizing Models.
Dev is also the Vice Chair of Urban Mobility Panel of Future of Mobility & Transport Panel of the Institution of Engineering Technologies (IET) and plays a key role in coming up with Urban Mobility solutions mainly using EVs & new technologies. He is also the Knowledge Partner to prestigious Industry Associations such as ELCINA (Electronics Industries Association of India) and helps the Electronics Industry come up with various strategy and white papers for the development of Electronics Industry in India
Devendranath was also responsible for setting up and overseeing the Quality and Training function at Feedback in his previous role as Head of Quality.
Devendranath is energy personified. He is an avid reader of current & strategic affairs and spy thrillers.
Mahesh Madhavan
Principal Consultant
Mahesh Madhavan has over 17 years of industry experience in Research and Consulting. He has been a key contributor at Feedback Advisory and has played various strategic roles in key projects.
Mahesh also oversees the Construction and Infrastructure practice in the company and works closely with industry bodies like ICEMA (Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association) and ASSOCHAM CE Council.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from VTU, Mahesh worked with Rane (Madras), an auto ancillary, before joining Feedback. In Feedback, Mahesh has worked across domains like Engineering, Healthcare, Hospitality, Electronics, Automotive, Construction, etc., with construction being the major focus area. Mahesh’s areas of expertise, apart from strategic opportunity assessment for clients, has been assisting clients establishing their overseas operations (Expansions, Greenfield, and Joint Venture), new product development within established markets and market entry strategies.
Within construction, his experience is broad based and spans across realty sector, building materials, services, infrastructure and construction equipment. Besides Indian markets, he has had significant exposure to various overseas markets including Saudi Arabia, Thailand, UAE, Indonesia, Spain, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia. He has successfully undertaken engagements for a host of clients, L&T, CRH, Caterpillar, Ashok Leyland-John Deere, Case New Holland, Otis, VDMA, Komatsu, Lafarge, etc. to name a few. He has been involved in over 1000 engagements to date.

Kiran Shetty
Principal Consultant
Kiran began his career, with Feedback Consulting in 2003 and is currently leading the Channel & Trade and Emerging Sectors. The business unit is responsible for managing large accounts and clients who sign up for Feedback services throughout the year. The unit also caters to global trade bodies that are prospective investors in India.
The delivery unit has also developed a Pricing model, which enables clients to gain a deeper understanding of the prevailing prices across the entire channel business and provides sharp insights on key practices of the competition. The interactive dashboard and qualitative report help clients in taking informed decisions on price premium, introducing new products, promotion offers for their channel partners, among other features. Kiran was instrumental in creating this model and building international business partner networks across 15 countries.
Before heading the business unit, Kiran was a key member of the market delivery unit and has lead more than 250 engagements spanning across several industries, with a primary focus on IT, Construction Equipment, Education & Training, and Metals. He has worked with esteemed clients such as Philips, IBM, Microsoft, Pidilite, Tata Steel, Telcon, ITC, HT Media, Infosys, Harcourt Assessment, Talent Sprint, Kirby, ITW, Kale Consultants, and Team Lease, among others.
Kiran is also an in-market consultant for the state of Virginia, USA for the last 12 years and has been a major contributor for guiding investments into India and facilitating partnerships between Indian and Virginian companies. He has been invited to visit Virginia on numerous occasions as a keynote speaker for promoting commerce and assisting companies in setting up their businesses in India. He has anchored more than 200 engagements for the state of Virginia.
A Mechanical Engineer, from Shivaji University, Kolhapur Kiran is a huge fan of the 2 most important things in India – Cricket and Bollywood. He is a devoted ‘Bhakt’ of Sachin Tendulkar and a huge supporter of Team India. Watching movies and listening to music are some of his favourite past times. A team man and people person he has also been a key member in organizing many events at Feedback.
Rajeev Kumar
Head - Business Development
Rajeev steers Global Business Development in Feedback. An Engineering Graduate with more than 15 years of industry experience, Rajeev has been a key contributor & valuable player in expanding the business footprint for Feedback. He has served a wide spectrum of global clients across industries on Indian & International engagements. He is also responsible for driving marketing initiatives in Feedback.
Rajeev joined us in 2008 as a Regional Business Development Manager and has since been involved in over 450 engagements. In the initial stages of his career in Feedback, he led business development for North & East India and also incubated the business development support services internally. Subsequently, he led the PAN India business development efforts across all business verticals, with a team of 7–8 competent sales & presales professionals. Before moving to the role of leading Global Business Development, Rajeev was tasked with the responsibility of expanding business across international geographies. In a span 3 years, he had achieved significant exposure in various overseas markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & UAE and immensely contributed in the growth of International engagements.
In his current role, Rajeev is managing Global Business Development initiatives with a team of seasoned Business Development Managers that are spread across geographies.
Prior to joining Feedback, Rajeev worked with ABB & OBO Bettermann in the Sales & Marketing of Electrical Safety & Switchgear products.
Rajeev has trained and mentored many young & mid-level executives in the Business Development function across, specifically in the areas of sales & marketing, presales, proposal writing, etc. He has varied hobbies and interests ranging from reading, travelling, cooking & singing. He is a food enthusiast with knowledge & taste for cross cultural food.
K. Prakashchandra
Principal Consultant
A career Feedbacker, Prakashchandra Kotian (KP) joined Feedback in 2005 and has 15 years of Business Research, Consulting & Advisory Experience. He is passionate about his work and believes in collaborative working and collective growth –“It is the team which holds you high”.
KP has held various roles in his career and currently handles responsibility of driving the Engineering & Automotive, Print & Packaging, Healthcare Market Segment at Feedback Advisory. Each of these Market Segments have a fairly diverse set of sub-segments. He has a good understanding of the ecosystem, regulatory framework driving these segments as well has experience of working with key stakeholders across the value chain of the market segment. He also has written few idea papers on the outlook of select industry segments. He is supported by a team of Consultants who come from a background of Engineering and Management Studies and also have strong research and consulting experience.
Over the years he has been involved in over 350 engagements across diverse industry groups representing more than 20 industry segments comprising of Capital Goods, Consumables, Raw Materials, Products and Services. His core competencies include Market Analysis (Demand and Supply Assessment) & Opportunity Assessment, Market Entry and Diversification Strategy, Value Chain Analysis, Market Forecasting, Partner Identification, Due-Diligence, Business Plan, Go To Market Plan. He has advised MNC Firms, Large Indian Corporates, SMEs and Trade Bodies. Apart from strong understanding of the Indian Market, he has also travelled extensively and researched markets such as the USA, Russia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam along with business visits to Germany and Singapore.
KP is an Electronics Engineer from Mumbai University and also has interest in Corporate Finance. He is passionate about music, loves multicuisine and likes to train and mentor young consultants. He appreciates the support of his family and colleagues at Feedback for his professional and personal growth.
